Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

TSI operates Appify. Contact: legal@tsi.app. This Policy covers our website, dashboard, AI agent, previews, builds, and related services (the “Service”).

2. Data we collect

Account & workspace

• Name, email, password hash (or OAuth identifiers if used)
• Workspace membership and role
• Billing identifiers (for example Stripe customer / subscription IDs)

App & product data

• App definitions, features, themes, assets, chat messages with the agent
• Build logs, submission metadata, publish state
• Credentials you choose to store (Expo tokens, ASC keys, env keys, encrypted server secrets)

Usage & technical

• IP address, device/browser info, approximate location derived from IP
• Cookies / session tokens (see Cookie Policy)
• Product analytics events needed to operate and secure the Service

End users of your apps

If your published app collects data from your customers, you are the controller of that data. We process it only as needed to host or proxy features you enable (for example public app AI proxies), as described in our Data Processing terms.

When published-app analytics are enabled, we may record app opens, screen views, interactions, and conversions, together with platform and coarse location information. Visitor and session identifiers are pseudonymous and HMAC-hashed before analytics records are stored; they are not names or account identifiers.

3. How we use data

• Provide, secure, and improve the Service
• Run AI generation, previews, screenshots, builds, and exports you request
• Authenticate sessions and prevent abuse
• Bill accounts and send transactional email
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms

4. AI processing

Prompts, app state, and related context may be sent to model providers (for example via OpenRouter) to generate responses and assets. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal data in prompts unless necessary. Model providers process data under their terms; we configure providers to operate the Service, not to sell your Customer Content.

5. Sharing

We share personal data with:

• Infrastructure and tool vendors (hosting, databases, email, payments, AI, Expo/EAS, analytics)
• App stores / Expo when you initiate builds or submissions
• Authorities when legally required
• Successors in a merger or acquisition (with notice where required)

We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention

We keep account and app data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account; some records may be retained where required by law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, hashed passwords, encrypted server credentials where implemented). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. International transfers

We may process data in the United States and other countries where we or our vendors operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing. Contact legal@tsi.app. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy and will post the new effective date. Material changes may also be notified in-product.
