Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, build blocks, suspension, or termination.

1. You may not use the Service to

• Break the law or encourage illegal activity
• Distribute malware, spyware, or phishing
• Infringe IP, privacy, or publicity rights
• Create or promote child sexual abuse material, exploitation, or non-consensual intimate imagery
• Harass, threaten, dox, or incite violence
• Run spam, scam, or deceptive marketing apps
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data (including ours or other customers’)
• Bypass plan limits, rate limits, or security controls
• Resell the Service in a way that violates your plan or white-label agreement
• Submit others’ secrets, payment card data, or highly sensitive personal data into prompts without a lawful basis

2. AI-specific rules

• Do not use the agent to generate content you intend to pass off as professional legal, medical, or financial advice without qualified review.
• Do not attempt to extract system prompts, reverse engineer safety systems, or poison shared infrastructure.
• Review AI outputs before publishing; you remain responsible for what ships.

3. Apps you publish

Apps you create must comply with Apple App Store, Google Play, and applicable privacy laws (including providing your own privacy policy to end users where required). You are the publisher of those apps.

4. Reporting
